Our return policy allows for a 15-day window after receiving your item to request a return. In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn and unused with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that a 20% restocking fee will be assessed on returned items and will be reflected in the refund amount.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we can address the issue.
There are certain items that are not eligible for return, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants), custom products (e.g. special orders, personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g. makeup). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will process a refund on your original payment method, minus the 20% restocking fee, within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since the return was approved, please contact us so we can further investigate.
